Details

National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), one of Pakistan’s leading and largest banks, aims to foster inclusive financial growth and sustainable development. The Bank is seeking qualified, energetic, and dedicated professionals for the position of Relationship Manager – Commercial Business & SME to contribute toward its Inclusive Development initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage financing portfolios of Commercial and SME clients.
• Structure and recommend tailored financial solutions for clients.
• Conduct periodic client visits and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure proper credit facilities are approved within risk parameters.
• Prepare comprehensive credit proposals and financial analyses.
• Monitor accounts for early warning signals and ensure timely remedial action.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality client service.
• Achieve financial and non-financial targets (revenue, profit, growth).
• Maintain compliance with NBP’s policies, regulations, and risk frameworks.
• Support the Bank’s overall strategy by achieving KPIs.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
  
  

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local/international university/college recognized by HEC.
• Preferred: Candidates with a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines; or with certifications such as AIBP/JAIBP will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in financing and/or commercial/corporate banking in a similar role.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of SME/Commercial lending.
• Strong analytical and credit assessment abilities.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Understanding of financial structuring and credit risk.
