Position Purpose
Lead inventory planning, replenishment, forecasting, and reporting across the retail network — ensuring the right product is in the right store at the right time, while keeping stock levels healthy and minimizing excess or dead inventory. Provide data-driven insights to support retail and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Planning & Replenishment
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or Retail Operations perfume, cosmetics, fashion, or FMCG preferred.
- Strong background in inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, and retail reporting.
- Strong MS Excel skills, with ERP/POS and dashboard experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Position Purpose
Lead inventory planning, replenishment, forecasting, and reporting across the retail network — ensuring the right product is in the right store at the right time, while keeping stock levels healthy and minimizing excess or dead inventory. Provide data-driven insights to support retail and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Planning & Replenishment
- Manage store-wise inventory planning, replenishment, and Min/Max stock levels.
- Identify and correct stock-outs, excess stock, and inventory gaps.
- Plan stock allocation for new launches, promotions, and seasonal demand.
- Prepare monthly/seasonal demand forecasts and purchase plans, in coordination with Procurement.
- Track forecast accuracy and adjust plans against actual sales.
- Analyze fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead/aging inventory; recommend transfers, redistribution, or liquidation.
- Optimize inventory investment and minimize stock-holding costs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and retail performance reports.
- Track KPIs Sales, ASP, ATV, UPT, Conversion, Sell-Through, Stock Cover, Turnover and maintain executive dashboards.
- Own ERP/POS inventory processes: maintain system data accuracy, gather requirements, run UAT, and build dashboards with IT.
- Develop and maintain inventory/retail SOPs; ensure consistent adoption across stores and warehouse.
- Identify process gaps, drive improvements, and train users on new or revised processes.
- Work closely with Retail Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, HR, IT, and Sales.
- Resolve inventory/operational issues affecting store performance and lead system/project initiatives.
- Present business insights and recommendations to senior management.
