In this role, you will be responsible for the integrity of our general ledger, complex corporate compliance, and financial reporting structure. - Experience: 7+ years of core RTR / General Ledger experience, with at least 2–3 years in a team lead, supervisory, or management capacity.
- ERP Expertise: Deep, advanced proficiency in Oracle ERP (Oracle Cloud/Fusion or E-Business Suite) within a multi-ledger, multi-currency environment.
- Core Competencies: Proven expertise in Service Delivery Management and managing SLAs/KPIs within a shared services or matrixed corporate enterprise.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong command over ASC 842/IFRS 16, Fixed Asset accounting lifecycle, and localized corporate compliance (Property Tax & Escheatment regulations).
