Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Saas Recruiter role based in Lahore. The Saas Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for SaaS and AI-focused positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technical and non-technical roles. Responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, leveraging job boards, social media, and networking platforms to attract qualified candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria. The person in this role will schedule and conduct interviews, manage candidate communication, maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system, and support a structured, inclusive hiring process. The Saas Recruiter will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment analytics, and process improvements to help scale the team effectively.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for SaaS, technology, or AI-focused roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
  • Strong skills in candidate sourcing using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and talent communities, with an ability to build and nurture pipelines.
  • Experience collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and develop effective interview plans.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting metrics, and data-driven decision-making in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models, common technical roles (e.g., engineers, data scientists, product roles), and AI/ML talent landscapes is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage multiple open roles simultaneously, and prioritize in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge of fair hiring practices, diversity and inclusion in recruitment, and local labor market dynamics is a strong plus.
