Advisory Corp is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst / Financial Consultant / Assistant Manager with a strong background in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate holds qualifications such as ACCA, CA Finalist, CFA, or a degree in finance from recognized institutions like LUMS or IBA. The role requires 4 to 8 years of progressive experience, including pre-qualification periods, with a focus on analytical thinking, financial reporting, and presentation skills. This position involves preparing consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards and requires familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven financial decision making.

This position is designed for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment requiring in-depth financial modeling, business valuation, and strategic planning capabilities. The candidate will collaborate across departments to provide insights that support business growth and financial stability. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it demands strong communication skills to effectively present complex financial data and strategies to stakeholders within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and business valuation.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for financial performance improvement.
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts with a high level of accuracy and detail.
• Interpret financial data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support business strategy development.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions.
• Contribute to business valuation exercises and financial due diligence processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and liaise with auditors as necessary.
• Enhance financial reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
