KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct road safety training and consultations at non-manufacturing sites.
- Develop and ensure Safe Travel Plans with business partners and SPDs Trikes.
- Oversee incident reporting and investigations for road-related incidents.
- Hold monthly safety meetings to review road safety performance.
- Implement road safety management systems according to ISO standards.
- Monitor road safety matters, including audits and KPIs.
- Develop and enforce road safety policies and standards for transportation.
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and 3P transporters.
- Execute Drivers Management Plan and Road Safety Strategy.
- Build safety capability at non-manufacturing sites through training.
- Ensure active incident reporting and investigation processes.
- Facilitate monthly safety meetings with site leadership teams.
- Implement and monitor the SHE Management System and ADMS compliance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a safety role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
