Our client SLICON SYSTEMS is hiring a Sales Call Agent / Business Development Executive in Karachi.

Slicon Systems is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Call Agent / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients, and the ability to generate sales opportunities through professional conversations.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities
• Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
• Convert prospects into successful business opportunities
• Maintain call records and update CRM details
• Achieve assigned sales targets

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Call Center, or Business Development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in making outbound calls
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
• Ability to communicate with international clients

Office Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
