- Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks.
- Follow up with clients and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Track sales activities and assist in preparing reports.
- Schedule meetings and help keep the sales pipeline organized.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, communication, and workflow efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- AI-native mindset with the ability to effectively use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar in day-to-day work.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.
