Sales Development Executive

Tecaudex is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to help expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales, client communication, lead generation, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities.
• Reach out to potential clients through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand business requirements.
• Present company solutions and build strong client relationships.
• Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects to close deals.
• Maintain and update sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or IT Sales.
• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident in client interactions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
