Job Overview
The Sales Development Representative will sit at the front line of Lumida's revenue engine, owning the first touchpoint with every inbound prospect that comes through paid media, podcasts, newsletters, and our LumidaDeals.com funnel.
This is a results-driven, high-ownership role for a persuasive communicator who knows how to turn warm leads into trusted long-term clients.
You will qualify and nurture prospective HNW investors, convert engaged leads into booked calls or fully onboarded clients, and act as the first ambassador of Lumida's offering across crypto, private deals, and advanced planning.
This is a builder role. You will own the conversion funnel, the CRM hygiene, and the outreach experiments. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, metrics-obsessed, and follows up faster than the prospect expects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Qualification:
- Engage inbound leads from paid media, podcast listeners, and newsletter subscribers via email, phone, and video calls.
- Qualify and nurture prospective clients by deeply understanding their goals, needs, investment interests, and timing.
- Act as the first human touchpoint in the Lumida journey, building rapport quickly and establishing trust.
- Convert warm leads into booked calls with senior advisors or fully onboarded clients.
- Track conversion metrics at every stage of the funnel and iterate on outreach strategies to improve engagement and close rates.
- Maintain pipeline velocity by reducing drop-offs and shortening the time between first touch and close.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM (HubSpot, Airtable), ensuring no lead slips through the cracks.
- Own the accuracy and completeness of lead data, attribution sources, and stage progression.
- Assist in optimizing follow-up sequences (email, SMS, call) to reduce drop-offs and increase response rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and creative performance.
- Share insights on inbound channel sources, messaging that resonates, and objections heard on the front line.
- Partner with sales operations to refine scripts, sequences, and reporting structures.
- Educate prospects on Lumida's offerings, including public market strategies, private deals, crypto exposure, and advanced planning, in simple, compelling language.
- Translate complex financial concepts into clear narratives that build prospect confidence and accelerate decision-making.
Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years in inside sales, SDR / BDR, customer-facing sales, or client onboarding roles, ideally in fintech, wealth management, RIAs, or SaaS.
- Proven success converting warm leads into paying clients with a documented track record.
- Experience selling high-ticket or advisory products is strongly preferred.
- Consultative Selling: Strong client-first selling approach with the ability to guide HNW prospects through a discovery process. Familiarity with frameworks such as Chris Voss's Never Split the Difference is a plus.
- Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional written and verbal English. Comfortable on the phone, on video calls, and writing crisp follow-ups. Able to handle objections, build rapport, and close with confidence.
- Financial Fluency: Working knowledge of financial markets, wealth management, and ideally crypto and private deals. You can speak intelligently to HNW prospects without needing a script.
- CRM & Tools: Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Airtable. Comfortable with email automation, sales enablement tools, and basic workflow automations.
- Metrics Mindset: Obsessed with the conversion funnel, time-to-close, and follow-up cadence. Tracks personal performance and iterates relentlessly.
- AI Fluency: Hands-on with Claude, ChatGPT, and similar tools to draft outreach, summarize calls, and accelerate research. Uses AI as a force multiplier in the workflow.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Comfortable working onsite in Karachi on ET hours (US Eastern Time), in direct coordination with our US-based sales and marketing teams. This is a US-hours role, so expect a typical workday running through the evening into the night PKT.
