At Health & Virtuals, we build structured operational support systems for organizations across the United States—providing trained remote professionals, workflows, and infrastructure that integrate directly into client operations.


We are currently hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR)—a front-line revenue role responsible for outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, and pipeline generation.

Role Overview


The SDR is responsible for creating qualified opportunities for the sales team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients.


You will execute structured outreach cadences, manage lead interactions, and ensure that all activities are documented, tracked, and aligned with defined sales workflows.


What You’ll Be Doing


Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Execute structured outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and calling workflows
  • Identify and target decision-makers within defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
  • Build and manage prospect lists aligned with vertical-specific targeting


Inbound Lead Qualification

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads based on predefined criteria
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess fit, need, and readiness
  • Route qualified prospects into the next stage of the sales pipeline


Sales Cadence Execution

  • Follow defined multi-touch outreach sequences across channels
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and engagement tracking
  • Ensure no qualified lead is lost due to lack of follow-through


CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Log all activities, notes, and outcomes in CRM systems
  • Maintain accurate lead status, progression, and classification
  • Coordinate with Account Executives for smooth handoffs

  • Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation capability
  • Ability to follow structured sales cadences and outreach frameworks
  • Clear understanding of qualification logic (fit, need, timing)
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ability to communicate value propositions clearly and concisely

  • Process-driven and consistent in execution
  • Comfortable with repetition and high-volume outreach
  • Strong communication skills across written and verbal channels
  • Persistent with follow-ups and engagement tracking
  • Organized in managing leads, tasks, and pipeline stages


Baseline Requirements (All Roles)

  • Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Teams)
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales platforms
  • Able to manage tasks using structured workflows or trackers
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills

These baseline competencies are standardized across all roles to ensure consistent performance and workflow reliability.


Working Hours

  • Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (EST) | 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM (PKT)
  • Work Setup: Hybrid | Islamabad


Additional Notes

  • Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or business development within the US corporate ecosystem is a plus.
  • Training and structured onboarding will be provided
  • This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations around activity, consistency, and pipeline generation
