Sales Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.

- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research and networking.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

- Prepare and deliver competitive quotes and proposals to clients.

- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to close deals.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and promotional plans.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and products, providing feedback to management for product development and service improvement.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, detailing progress and challenges.

- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.

- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in sales within the specified industry or related sectors.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
