Our client Avyron & co is looking for a Sales Executive - Business Development & Client Relations in Karachi

Avyron & Co is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join its dynamic team in Karachi. The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. This full-time, on-site position demands a proactive individual who excels in market research, sales presentations, and client account management to ensure customer satisfaction from initial contact through the sales process.

The ideal candidate has 2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience and demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales tools is essential to manage leads and optimize sales performance. The Sales Executive collaborates closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs while maintaining a results-driven approach to exceed sales targets. This role does not include team management Responsibilities

but requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys client base.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to facilitate repeat business and loyalty.
  • Conduct detailed market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations that effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met and solutions are customized appropriately.
  • Manage client accounts by tracking progress, solving issues, and ensuring a positive sales experience.
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Generate leads through strategic prospecting and networking efforts to sustain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Apply consultative and solution-selling techniques to identify client challenges and position relevant products and services.
  • Monitor sales targets and work rigorously to achieve and exceed them, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of the companys products and services to convey information confidently and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively in English and local languages to cater to diverse customer bases.
  • Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and feedback from clients and colleagues to improve service delivery.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development and industry knowledge.
