Role Statement
- The Sales Lead (Food Laboratory) is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in food testing and related laboratory services.
- The role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and improving utilization of laboratory capabilities.
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow food testing and related services.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within food producers, exporters, retailers, and regulators.
- Drive revenue growth and enhance laboratory utilization.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key and strategic accounts.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and close commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with laboratory and operations teams to ensure service excellence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure full compliance with Bureau Veritas quality, ethics, and HSE requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and management reports.
