Our client Tapandrate is looking for a Sales Lead Generation Specialist in Karachi
TapandRate.co.uk is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales and Lead Generation professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of experience in driving sales growth and generating high-quality leads, with a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a confident and sales-focused approach, and mastery of multiple lead generation strategies and techniques to support the company’s expanding market presence. In this position, you will focus on identifying potential sales opportunities, qualifying leads, and managing the sales pipeline efficiently to ensure consistent conversion rates. You will also leverage CRM software and various email marketing tools to nurture prospects and execute targeted outreach campaigns. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the successful candidate must be proactive and capable of working independently with a results-driven mindset to contribute effectively to Tapandrate’s sales objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
- Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline to track progress and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers through excellent rapport-building and communication skills.
- Conduct cold calling and email outreach campaigns to initiate contact and generate new sales opportunities.
- Qualify incoming leads and assess their potential to convert into sales opportunities.
- Leverage CRM software to document interactions, update lead statuses, and monitor customer engagement.
- Utilize email marketing tools to design and execute targeted campaigns that drive engagement and interest.
- Perform market research and analyze data to identify trends, new opportunities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and company goals.
- Negotiate effectively to close sales and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Continuously improve sales techniques by staying updated on industry best practices and emerging lead generation technologies.
