Orbit Internet Service Provider Pvt Ltd is a rapidly expanding company that provides high-speed Fiber Internet and a variety of IT solutions to both residential and corporate clients. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to independently drive new business growth and build a strong sales pipeline in the Faisalabad region. This role focuses on acquiring new corporate and residential customers, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving consistent revenue growth. While this position starts with independent responsibility, it offers a clear path to recruiting, training, and managing a sales team as the company continues to grow.
The ideal candidate brings a minimum of three years of sales or business development experience, preferably within the ISP, telecom, networking, or IT solutions sectors. This position demands excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, along with strong organizational abilities to manage complex sales processes. The candidate should be comfortable engaging with diverse clients including housing societies, schools, hospitals, factories, and commercial organizations. Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and a valid driving license with willingness to travel locally is essential for effective execution of Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base across residential and corporate sectors.
- Generate sales leads through field visits, networking events, referrals, digital platforms, and social media channels such as LinkedIn.
- Engage with corporate clients, housing societies, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, manufacturing units, software houses, and commercial enterprises to understand their internet and IT solution needs.
- Promote and sell Orbits portfolio including Fiber Internet, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), IP Transit, Managed Wi-Fi, CCTV, networking equipment, and additional IT services.
- Develop tailored quotations, comprehensive proposals, and clear presentations that articulate the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements while ensuring alignment with company policies and client expectations.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage retention and repeat business.
- Maintain and actively manage a robust sales pipeline; regularly update progress reports tracking key sales metrics and prospect status.
- Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the companys financial goals.
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies and identify new market opportunities to advance the company's competitive positioning.
- Prepare for future growth by developing skills necessary for leading and managing a sales team when the company expands.
- Coordinate sales efforts while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and adherence to company standards.
