Our client E-pack Private Limited is looking for a Sales Manager - Revenue Growth & Strategy in Lahore

E-pack Private Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the companys revenue growth by developing effective sales strategies and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in sales, possess strong negotiation and pipeline management skills, and be capable of identifying new business opportunities. This role focuses on enhancing market share through strategic planning and collaboration with other internal teams to support seamless business operations, without direct team management Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends, monitoring sales performance, and preparing detailed reports that inform decision-making. The position requires skilled handling of customer accounts and contracts to ensure high satisfaction and sustained business success. The successful candidate will be proactive in forecasting sales, implementing action plans, and working closely with marketing and operations to meet and exceed organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance company growth.
  • Manage and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and customers.
  • Monitor sales performance regularly, prepare detailed sales reports, and analyze market trends.
  • Train, coach, and motivate sales personnel to improve productivity and customer service capabilities, despite not managing a formal team.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing and operations departments to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
  • Manage customer accounts to resolve issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately forecast sales and develop action plans to meet organizational sales targets and goals.
