Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (BBA/MBA preferred).
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and develop negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Basic understanding of the sales process and customer service principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Support the sales team in acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and product presentations to understand customer requirements.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with architects, contractors, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business development efforts.
- Meet assigned sales targets and continuously work on improving sales and communication skills.
