Sales Operations Officer - Lahore

Proven experience in Sales Operations, preferably within the FMCG industry, with exposure to Primary and Secondary Sales processes.

o Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze Primary & Secondary sales data, identify trends, variances and business gaps, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

o Evaluate sales performance against targets and KPIs, providing recommendations for improvement.

o Hands-on experience in daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting, including sales achievement, volume, value, SKU-wise, distributor-wise and channel-wise performance analysis

o Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes for the Out Of Home segment.

o Strong understanding of Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, stock movement, distributor inventory, sales targets, order processing and market execution.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and sales management systems/software, with the ability to develop dashboards, reports and analytical summaries.

o Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales operations and timely resolution of business requirements.

o Strong coordination skills with sales teams and internal stakeholders for resolving operational issues, ensuring data accuracy and timely completion of business requirements.o Ability to monitor sales targets, stock availability, distributor inventory, product movement, SKU performance and sales variances, and highlight key business issues to management.

o Good understanding of FMCG distribution models, Route-to-Market, distribution channels, OOH sales strategies and market dynamics.o Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to data validation, reconciliation, problem-solving and process improvement.

o Ability to manage multiple reports, priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and data integrity.o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and follow up with cross-functional teams and external business partners.
