Details

Zepto Systems Limited is seeking an experienced RCM Manager with a strong background in medical billing and sales to lead our revenue cycle operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in medical billing, along with proven business development and sales closing experience. You will oversee end-to-end billing processes, manage teams, optimize cash flow, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily medical billing workflows including charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and AR follow-ups.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise remote billing teams to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Serve as the main client liaison—handle queries, resolve issues, and provide regular performance updates.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to reduce claim denials and improve cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer policies, and other healthcare regulations.
• Track KPIs (Days in AR, Clean Claim Rate, Denial Rate) and generate actionable reports.
• Conduct training sessions to keep team members updated on payer policies and coding changes.
• Collaborate with coding, credentialing, and RCM teams for smooth operational flow.
• Recommend and assist in implementing medical billing software/tools to improve efficiency and security.
• Drive business development initiatives and close sales leads related to medical billing services.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM).
• Proven experience in sales, BDM, and lead closing.
• Proficiency in medical billing software and RCM systems.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, insurance plans, and billing codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
• Experience with multiple medical specialties preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance.
