Jins Namei, a well-established company specializing in textile chemicals, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in sales and business development within the textile chemicals industry. This role focuses on managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth to meet company targets. The position requires strong communication and negotiation skills, along with in-depth product knowledge of chemicals used in the textile sector. Candidates based in Lahore are preferred for this opportunity.

This role demands a proactive and results-driven professional capable of understanding complex customer requirements and providing tailored sales solutions. The Sales Representative at Jins Namei will be instrumental in expanding the companys market presence and fostering long-term partnerships with clients. The successful candidate will work independently to strategize and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. A Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Sales Administration, or a related field is required to support technical understanding of the product portfolio and effectively communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the textile chemicals sector to expand the companys client base.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to communicate the advantages of textile chemicals offered by the company.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize company profitability while meeting client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets by monitoring sales performance and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop market development strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the textile chemicals industry to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to assist management with decision-making.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products, including technical specifications and applications, to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance company visibility and industry connections.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards during all sales activities.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and support to address customer queries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Utilize customer relationship management tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics and production to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of products.
