Your Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors RCM & RMK Consultant to design, implement, and support end-to-end recruitment and recruitment marketing solutions. The role involves close collaboration with HR, Talent Acquisition, and technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-friendly recruiting solutions

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) modules
• Gather and analyze business requirements from Talent Acquisition stakeholders
• Configure job requisitions, candidate lifecycle, application templates, and approval workflows
• Design and support career sites and recruiting campaigns using RMK
• Integrate SuccessFactors with external job boards and third-party vendors
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, hiring policies, and audit requirements
• Perform system testing, defect resolution, and production support
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user guides
• Support releases, upgrades, and new feature adoption
• Work closely with SAP CPI/Integration and Security teams

Your Profile

• SAP SuccessFactors Integrations (SF to onboarding, EC, or 3rd-party job boards)
• Exposure to SAP CPI / Integration Center
• Knowledge of XML templates (Job Requisition, Application, Offer Letter)
• Understanding of Data Privacy / GDPR / Compliance conceptsSF Permissions (Role-Based Permissions – RBP)
• Experience with Onboarding (ONB 1.0 or ONB 2.0)
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for RMK templates
• AMS / Support experience including incident and change management
