Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Web and Mobile application delivery teams within a SAFe Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile practices, drive delivery predictability, manage cross-team dependencies, and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, QA teams, Release Management, and Country stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business initiatives and continuous improvements.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, delivery governance, and Agile coaching capabilities, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities across distributed teams and countries.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Drive delivery predictability and continuous improvement across Web and Mobile teams.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and delivery objectives.
• Manage and track cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
• Support PI Planning and other SAFe events, ensuring alignment across release trains.
• Monitor and report delivery metrics including velocity, sprint predictability, throughput, cycle time, and release readiness.
• Coordinate release planning activities for Web and Mobile applications.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular delivery status updates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to Agile practices, quality, automation, and delivery efficiency.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe ways of working.
• Support capacity planning and allocation across feature delivery, support activities, and technical improvement initiatives.
• Ensure visibility of risks, issues, and dependencies and facilitate timely resolution.
  
  

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Overall 8+ years of experience in Software Delivery, Project Management, or Agile environments.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Project Manager.
• Experience working with Web and Mobile application development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience managing distributed teams and stakeholders across multiple countries & time zones.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Telecommunications or Digital Product organizations.
• Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams within a SAFe Agile Release Train.
• Exposure to CI/CD practices, DevOps, and release management processes.
• Experience with Agile metrics, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• SAFe certification preferred.
• Experience managing Web, Mobile, and customer-facing digital platforms.
