Senior Scrum Master (Onsite) – Job Description Position: Senior Scrum Master (Onsite) Experience: 7–8+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Onsite About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Scrum Master to lead multiple Agile teams and ensure successful project delivery across complex IT services engagements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Agile projects, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, collaborating with international stakeholders, and handling multiple concurrent projects within an IT services environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. • Manage and coordinate 3–4 projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. • Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Teams, Project Managers, and executive stakeholders to align project objectives and business goals. • Remove impediments and proactively resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers affecting team productivity. • Track project progress, team velocity, sprint metrics, and delivery performance. • Drive Agile best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimization across teams. • Collaborate with international clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate project updates, and manage expectations. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between development, QA, DevOps, and business teams. • Prepare project reports, status updates, dashboards, and executive-level presentations. • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality standards. Required Qualifications • 7–8+ years of experience in Agile Project Management and Scrum leadership roles. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification is mandatory. • Proven experience working in an IT Services company. • Demonstrated experience managing international clients and stakeholders across multiple regions. • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum principles, Kanban, and project delivery methodologies. • Experience handling multiple projects and distributed teams simultaneously. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. • Strong risk management, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities. • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. Preferred Qualifications • PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or additional Agile certifications. • Experience working with software development and cloud-based technology projects. • Exposure to enterprise-level project delivery and client-facing engagements.
