Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. This role is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions across client websites. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, performing technical and content-focused SEO audits, optimizing on-page elements, and managing link-building initiatives. The specialist will monitor performance through web analytics tools, prepare regular reports, collaborate development teams, and stay current with search engine algorithm updates and SEO best practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform comprehensive Keyword Research and develop targeted SEO strategies.
• Experience conducting detailed SEO Audits to identify technical, content, and structural issues.
• Proficiency in Link Building practices, including outreach and earned backlink strategies.
• Strong skills in On-Page SEO, including metadata, internal linking, content optimization, and site structure.
• Experience with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) for performance tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS basics, and how technical changes impact SEO.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• Relevant experience in SEO or digital marketing; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field is preferred.
