Our client HR Business Solutions is hiring a Senior Accountant in Islamabad.

We are hiring a Senior Accountant – Revenue & Billing

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue customer invoices based on contracts, flight logs, fuel supply, handling services, and aviation services.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition as per contracts and company policies.
• Verify billing documents and operational data before invoicing.
• Maintain billing schedules and ensure timely client invoicing.
• Handle billing adjustments, credit notes, and client disputes.
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams for billing accuracy.
• Monitor customer accounts, outstanding receivables, and payment collections.
• Prepare aging reports, receivable summaries, and reconcile customer accounts.
• Record revenue entries and perform monthly revenue reconciliation and closing tasks.
• Assist in revenue and receivables reports and provide documentation for audits.
• Maintain invoice and contract records with proper documentation.
• Communicate with international clients and coordinate with Dubai/international finance and operations teams.

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably in revenue, billing, or accounts receivable.
• ACCA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and revenue recognition.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Strong character, professional attitude, and integrity.
• Career-oriented, motivated, and team player.
• Experience working with international companies will be an advantage.
• Experience in aviation, logistics, shipping, or service industry preferred but not mandatory.
