Ipv4TradeHub is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee the company's financial operations, taxation, and accounting functions. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of both local and international accounting standards, with a focus on managing tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including Pakistan and overseas entities. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and has at least four years of relevant experience, particularly in dealing with financial reporting, tax regulations, and bookkeeping.

The Accountant will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations. Although this position does not include team management Responsibilities

, it requires the ability to work independently and handle multiple complex financial tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential to coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update supplier records, including invoices and payment schedules.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely transactions.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records for the company.
• Process employee salaries and oversee payroll operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile company bank accounts and monitor cash flow regularly.
• Ensure compliance with Pakistan tax laws, including Federal Board of Revenue regulations, sales tax, and income tax.
• Oversee international tax compliance requirements, such as VAT, Corporation Tax, and other foreign tax obligations where applicable.
• Maintain detailed financial records for both local and international companies associated with the business.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure all financial transactions adhere to legal standards.
• Adhere strictly to accounting principles and financial reporting standards to guarantee accuracy and transparency.
• Prepare detailed financial documents to aid management in business decision-making processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial and company-related information.
