Senior Associate - Accounts & Finance

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness for international client operations
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for international clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and international accounting principles relevant to international clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
• Utilize NetSuite extensively for all accounting and reporting functions, ensuring data integrity
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably supporting international clients
• Proven expertise in NetSuite is a must; experience with other accounting software(Quickbooks,XERO) is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with international clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong accounting skills, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management
• Demonstrated ability in task prioritization skills to manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Excellent task management capabilities to ensure efficient workflow and project completion
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote-client environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
