Hussain Chaudhury Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead key growth initiatives by developing and executing strategic plans that align with the firm's overall objectives. This role involves managing brand positioning and communication efforts to maintain a strong and consistent corporate identity across all business platforms. The ideal candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly within technology sales that include ERP solutions such as Odoo and SAP. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, the candidate will enhance client engagement and support the companys expansion in the technology and consulting domains.
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and sustaining robust client relationships through effective communication and delivering value-based solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with 4 to 5 years of experience in business development or technology sales, preferably with hands-on knowledge of ERP systems. - Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the technology and consulting sectors by delivering tailored business solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Develop persuasive presentations and proposals to communicate the value of ERP solutions and business services to prospective and existing clients.
- Translate market research insights and competitor analysis into actionable recommendations for new business development activities.
- Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients to maximize company profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, including advancements in ERP technologies, to proactively adjust sales strategies and address client needs.
- Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth project execution and integrated service delivery.
- Report regularly to senior management on business development activities, sales performance, and market opportunities.
