Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across channels.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization using tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Monitor social media platforms daily to actively engage with the online community and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Analyze social media performance data using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to inform content and campaign strategies.
- Perform trend research to identify opportunities for content creation and platform-specific promotions that align with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce visually compelling multimedia content using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance, campaign effectiveness, community engagement, and advertising ROI to senior management.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platform features, and best practices to continuously improve strategy and results.
