- Achieve and exceed ambitious sales revenue targets
- Establish and develop distribution networks across all key channels
- Manage sales, events, and marketing strategies
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Coordinate with the Country Support Team in China for sales orders, ensuring timely delivery to distributors and customers
- Conduct market intelligence activities to support benchmarking and pricing strategies
- Ensure growth in point-of-sale (POS) performance
- Targeting channels: Chint, CNC, Terasaki , LSIS, INVT
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in sales and export roles
- Proven experience in distributor management, building strong relationships with distributors, customers, and external partners
- Sales background in electrical products and solutions (e.g., low voltage electrical products, power distribution, industrial control products, Industrial automation, etc.
- Demonstrated leadership in execution, influencing skills, and strategic initiative development
- Extensive network in the electrical market
- Experience with leading companies in the electrical industry
- Experience in penetrating new markets
- Flexible and responsive in a dynamic, start-up environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated and accustomed to meeting performance quotas
- Strategic thinker, team player, and quick executor
- Results-oriented with strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills
- Willingness to work under pressure, accept challenges, and meet commitments
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), better majored in Electrical Engineering
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Fluency in local language and English
- Proficiency in MS Office
