Tara Group of Industries is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with at least five years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure projects. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing a team of five members, ensuring project milestones are met with high quality and adherence to safety standards. The Civil Engineer plays a crucial role in site development and uses advanced tools such as Building Information Modeling to optimize project outcomes.

The successful candidate collaborates closely with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver efficient structural solutions. Strong project management skills are essential to oversee multiple tasks, coordinate resources, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and design of civil engineering projects including buildings, roads, bridges, and site development activities.
• Manage and supervise a team of five personnel, providing guidance, allocating tasks, and ensuring productivity and professional growth.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of engineering projects.
• Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools to create accurate 3D models, facilitate project visualization, and improve coordination among stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project feasibility, compliance with building codes, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals to integrate design elements and resolve technical challenges.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and reports to guarantee alignment with project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and minimize delays.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with environmental, safety, and legal guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients and management to provide project updates, address concerns, and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, correspondence, and technical reports for accountability and reference.
• Stay informed of the latest developments in civil engineering techniques, materials, and technology to apply best practices.
