Role And Responsibilities

As a Senior Closer/Verifier, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough verification of customer information
• Ensuring data accuracy and completeness through meticulous review and attention to detail.
• Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company policies, products, and processes.
• Collaborating with fellow verifiers and team members to enhance verification protocols.
• Upholding our company’s reputation for exceptional customer service.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous experience in a Medicare or a similar verification role is essential
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  
  

Salary : Upto 300K depending on experience
