- Conducting thorough verification of customer information
- Ensuring data accuracy and completeness through meticulous review and attention to detail.
- Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company policies, products, and processes.
- Collaborating with fellow verifiers and team members to enhance verification protocols.
- Upholding our company’s reputation for exceptional customer service.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a Medicare or a similar verification role is essential
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
