The opportunity

We are seeking an HR Transformation professional with strong experience in HR operating model, service delivery, shared services, and process transformation. This role will support clients in redesigning how HR services are organized, governed, delivered, measured, and enabled through technology.

The successful candidate will help develop target operating models, HR service catalogs, role and responsibility models, governance structures, service delivery frameworks, shared services/GBS models, and implementation roadmaps. This role is well suited for someone who understands HR transformation beyond technology and can design practical operating models that improve efficiency, employee experience, and business alignment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design HR target operating models, including HR business partner, centers of excellence, shared services, employee relations, payroll, talent, and HR operations constructs.
• Develop HR service delivery models, service catalogs, tiering models, governance structures, role charters, and interaction models.
• Conduct current-state assessments of HR processes, organization, technology, service delivery, pain points, and maturity.
• Facilitate client workshops to define future-state HR capabilities, operating principles, process ownership, and service management requirements.
• Support transformation roadmaps, business cases, transition plans, capability building plans, and implementation planning.
• Align operating model design with enabling platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, Microsoft 365, Viva, Copilot, workflow tools, and analytics solutions.
• Support HR shared services, GBS, employee experience, knowledge management, case management, and process standardization initiatives.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and EY HRT assets related to operating model and service delivery.
  
  

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Experience in HR transformation, operating model design, HR shared services, GBS, or HR service delivery.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience designing target operating models, governance, service catalogs, RACI models, role charters, and service delivery frameworks.
• Familiarity with digital HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, Microsoft 365, case management, knowledge management, workflow, or employee portals.
• Strong workshop facilitation, process documentation, stakeholder management, and consulting communication skills.
• Ability to connect strategy, organization design, process design, technology enablement, and change management.
• Experience with large-scale transformation programs, public sector, regional operations, or multi-country HR models is preferred.
