Al Meezan Investment Management Limited is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead the complete product lifecycle within our digital portfolio. This role requires ownership from product discovery and definition through launch, iteration, and ongoing enhancement. The successful candidate drives strategic alignment of the product roadmap with business goals, customer insights, and actionable outcomes. They engage deeply with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data analytics, marketing, and commercial partners to deliver impactful digital products. Furthermore, this position includes managing a team of two, providing leadership and clear direction to achieve product excellence.

The Senior Digital Product Manager translates complex business and user needs into precise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide design and engineering efforts. They rigorously prioritize product backlogs balancing multiple factors including customer value and business impact. Success is measured through well-defined KPIs and continuous data-driven experimentation such as A/B testing. Additionally, the role involves conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, thus acting as the advocate for the customer while maintaining commercial viability. Clear communication of progress, trade-offs, and results to all stakeholders and senior leadership is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned product areas from initial discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate a product roadmap aligned with overall business strategy, customer feedback, and measurable success metrics.
• Translate business objectives and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
• Rigorously prioritize product backlogs to balance customer value, business outcomes, effort, and risk.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, UX, data science, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Define, track, and report on product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate health and progress; apply data and experimentation techniques like A/B testing to inform product decisions.
• Conduct user research, competitive analyses, and continuous market scanning to uncover new opportunities and strategically shape the product direction.
• Serve as the voice of the customer ensuring the product meets user needs while aligning with business objectives and maintaining commercial viability.
• Communicate roadmap updates, project progress, trade-offs, challenges, and outcomes clearly and regularly to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor a team of two product professionals, fostering collaboration, skill growth, and accountability to meet product goals.
