Job Summary

The Senior Executive – HR Systems, Analytics & Process Improvement will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across the Human Capital Management function. The role is responsible for managing and enhancing HR systems, developing people analytics and business intelligence solutions, automating HR processes, and leveraging AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience in HR technologies, data analytics, and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage, administer, and continuously enhance the organization's HRMS to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and optimal user experience.
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for HR system enhancements and implementations.
• Support integrations of HR systems with internal and third-party applications using APIs and other automation technologies where applicable.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare system documentation, and support the successful deployment of new HRMS features and enhancements.
• Design and implement Python-based automation solutions to eliminate manual HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain interactive HR dashboards and reports using Power BI, Advanced Excel, and other business intelligence tools.
• Perform HR data validation, reconciliation, and quality audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
• Apply statistical and correlation analysis techniques to identify key patterns and relationships across HR metrics.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead automation initiatives through workflow optimization and AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver technology-driven HR projects within agreed timelines.
• Monitor HR system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely resolution with vendors and internal support teams.
• Research emerging HR technologies, AI applications, and analytics trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance employee experience and HR effectiveness.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR Systems, HR Analytics, Business Intelligence, HR Technology, or Process Improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python for automation, data analysis, and API integration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, and advanced formulas.
• Hands-on experience in developing dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.
• Experience working with HRMS/ERP platforms, including system administration, configuration, and testing.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their application in HR processes, analytics, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
