Senior Game Producer

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Game Producer to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of game features and content updates. This role requires strong project ownership, team coordination, and production expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and product goals.

The ideal candidate can effectively manage cross-functional teams, streamline development processes, oversee LiveOps activities, and drive projects from concept through launch while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the production lifecycle of game features, content updates, and LiveOps initiatives from planning to release
• Coordinate with Design, Art, Engineering, QA, and Product teams to ensure smooth development and delivery
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
• Lead sprint planning, task breakdown, prioritization, and backlog management
• Track project progress, identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure timely execution
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams
• Manage feature rollout plans, content releases, events, and post-launch updates
• Monitor team performance, project health, and delivery metrics
• Ensure development processes are followed and continuously improved
• Support roadmap planning, production forecasting, and release management
• Work closely with leadership to align project execution with product and business objectives
• Oversee LiveOps planning, execution, and coordination to maintain player engagement and content cadence
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Game Production, Project Management, or a similar role within the gaming industry
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and production workflows
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and task management
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar
• Proven ability to manage timelines, priorities, dependencies, and delivery risks
• Experience with LiveOps planning, feature rollouts, content scheduling, and post-launch support
• Ability to drive projects from concept to release while maintaining quality standards
• Familiarity with game analytics and performance tracking
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Experience in Game Design or Systems Design
• Understanding of Gameplay Systems Design and Core Game Mechanics
• Experience with Player Progression Design, Difficulty Curves, and Engagement Loops
• Knowledge of In-Game Economy Balancing, Reward Systems, and Monetization Structures
• Experience creating, reviewing, or working with Game Design Documents (GDDs)
• Familiarity with Level Design principles and player experience design
• Understanding of F2P game design, retention mechanics, and feature balancing
• Experience with A/B testing, feature optimization, and data-driven game design improvements
