Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End management of designing and illustration process, from ideation to execution of assigned clients/jobs.
  • Development of creative designs and illustrations for social and digital media campaigns, as and when required.
  • Development of ideas in-line with creative and strategy teams.
  • Active role in development of Pitch presentations if required.
  • Assist design direction for the agency’s own social and digital assets.
  • Self-capacity building with tech and digital media products designs.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative and strategy teams to develop innovative design concepts.
  • Adaptive to dynamic job demands in line with global and local trends and tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field is preferred
  • Minimum experience of 3-4 years in the similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and digital media platforms.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly) and their ethical application in design workflows.
