Role :
We are hiring a self-driven senior individual contributor to plan and execute large-scale community events, secure sponsorships, and drive brand visibility through high-impact external engagements. A key part of this role is supporting and growing 10Pearls University, our centre of learning and development for the global IT industry, through curated events, workshops, and industry partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver large-scale, high-impact, country-wide events, including flagship programs, tech events, conferences and 10Pearls University initiatives, ensuring strong brand presence, high execution standards, and measurable outcomes
- Identify and secure sponsorship and co-branding opportunities and manage ongoing sponsor relationships to ensure commitments are delivered.
- Own end-to-end event delivery, including budgets, vendors, logistics, and sponsorship commitments
- Define and track event KPIs (attendance, media value, sponsorship revenue, talent leads generated) and deliver post-event impact reports to senior stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, tech communities, and industry bodies to expand 10Pearls’ presence as an employer of choice and co-create programming that strengthens the talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency across all events and community-facing activities.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in community engagement, events, employer branding, or partnerships
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-impact events (preferably nationwide)
- Demonstrated experience in sponsorship acquisition and partnership development
- Experience in tech, consulting, or fast-paced environments preferred
- Strong event planning and execution at scale
- Proven ability in sponsorship acquisition and external stakeholder management
- Strong networking and relationship-building capability
- High ownership and self-starter mindset
- Strong commercial awareness and outcome orientation
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- AI-first mindset: actively applies AI tools in day-to-day work, from event planning and content creation to reporting and stakeholder communications, to improve speed, quality, and impact of deliverables
