Our client The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is looking for a Senior Manager – Digital Lending - Core Loans in Lahore

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

:

• Manage core loan application development.
• Handle integrations with third-party systems.
• Ensure smooth execution of loan workflows.
• Coordinate with operations and business teams.
• Manage production issues and deployments.
• Ensure system availability and performance.
• Supervise technical teams and review deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor\\\'s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 7 to 9 years of banking/non-banking experience.

Age: Up to 55 Years as of June 20th, 2026.
