Our client The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is looking for a Senior Manager – Digital Lending - Core Loans in Lahore

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities
:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor\\\'s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.
Experience: Minimum 7 to 9 years of banking/non-banking experience.
Age: Up to 55 Years as of June 20th, 2026.

- Manage core loan application development.
- Handle integrations with third-party systems.
- Ensure smooth execution of loan workflows.
- Coordinate with operations and business teams.
- Manage production issues and deployments.
- Ensure system availability and performance.
- Supervise technical teams and review deliverables.
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
