Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor\\\'s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.
Experience: Minimum 7 to 9 years of banking/non-banking experience.
Age: Up to 55 years as of June 20th, 2026.

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

- Lead design, development, and maintenance of enterprise banking applications.
- Manage teams of mobile and backend developers across multiple projects.
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Oversee development of native Android/iOS applications and backend APIs/services.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance application delivery.
- Collaborate with business, compliance, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams.
- Review system designs, technical documents, and deployment strategies.
- Ensure applications comply with banking security and regulatory standards.
- Mentor development teams and drive technical excellence.
