Sky47 is looking for highly skilled and technically proficient Senior Manager Service Assurance to join our expanding team. The “Senior Manager Service Assurance” is responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving service assurance architecture and monitoring framework. The role ensures end to end service assurance through operational visibility, proactive monitoring, service reliability, SLA compliance for services across cloud platforms, colocation offerings, IT infrastructure, and critical facility systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain service assurance architecture across all datacenter operational domains.
- Align service assurance capabilities with business growth, customer SLAs, and operational resilience objectives.
- Design and govern centralized monitoring and observability for active & passive infra, cloud platform, environmental systems via DCIM/BMS integrations.
- Define standards for metrics collection, alert generation, event monitoring, dashboard visualization, log and telemetry management, to provide actionable insights.
- Define event correlation and alarm management frameworks to improve root cause identification and reduce operational noise.
- Define criterions for alert prioritization, Incident classification, automated escalation and customer impact thresholds.
- Design service dependency maps, availability measurement models, service health scoring systems and customer-impact dashboards.
- Design automated workflows for incident response, health validation, escalation handling, reporting, preventive maintenance to improve operational efficiency.
- Enable data flow, accuracy and consistency for centralized dashboards, analytics, and reporting. Ensure integration of monitoring and assurance platforms with ITSM systems and align assurance workflows with ITIL processes including Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Service request management
- Participate in onboarding of new infrastructure & services and smooth transition from project implementation to operations.
What We’re Looking For:
10–15 years in service assurance, IT infra operations, systems engineering, or datacenter operations.
Minimum 5–7 years in monitoring architecture, frameworks, tooling and automation, ITSM and operational process integration, SLA and service assurance management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering.
Relevant certifications (preferred):
- ITIL Foundation or higher
- Automation / DevOps tools (Ansible, Python, etc.)
- Monitoring, ITSM, DCIM platform certifications.
- TOGAF or Enterprise Architecture certification.
