Our client ATT. is looking for a Senior Office Administrator in Karachi

ATT is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant with at least three years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow by managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role includes overseeing a team of 20 persons, requiring strong coordination and communication skills to maintain productivity and a positive work environment. The Office Assistant acts as a key point of contact between management and staff, facilitating effective communication and operation within the office.

The Office Assistant handles document preparation, data entry, and customer service tasks to maintain high standards of office support. This position demands attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting routine issues. By managing team activities and administrative processes, the Office Assistant contributes to improving overall office efficiency and organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and records accurately and promptly.
  • Enter data into company databases and systems with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries courteously.
  • Coordinate daily office activities and schedules to ensure smooth workflow among team members.
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to avoid shortages.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by management.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments and team members to solve administrative issues.
  • Support onboarding of new employees by helping with orientation and administrative paperwork.
  • Monitor and address any issues or conflicts within the team to maintain a positive workplace environment.
