Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Officer – Process Engineering to drive process excellence across the organization. The role is responsible for analyzing, designing, optimizing, and continuously improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, customer experience, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in business process management, process mapping, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement optimized processes that improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer outcomes.
- Conduct process assessments, root cause analyses, and gap analyses to enhance operational performance.
- Support the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), and other process improvement frameworks.
- Develop and maintain process maps, workflows, and process documentation.
- Identify automation and digital transformation opportunities to streamline operations.
- Ensure all process changes comply with risk, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align internal processes with customer needs and business objectives.
- Monitor process performance and recommend strategic improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
- Support process reengineering initiatives and continuous improvement programs across the organization.
Experience Required
- 3–5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in process mapping, process reengineering, automation, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Proven track record of delivering operational efficiency, productivity, and quality improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
