- ERP & Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP and planning platforms (e.g., Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Smart View) is required.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), accounting policies, and capital allocation frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation skills; ability to confidently articulate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Tools: Advanced mastery of MS Excel (financial modeling, formulas, data tables) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
