Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring the development and delivery of products that meet market needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to define product requirements and roadmaps.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-informed decision making.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision and customer needs.
- Facilitate product launch operations and ensure seamless integration and coordination across all teams.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager with 6-10 years of relevant expertise, preferably in a similar industry or domain.
- Strong track record in leading and managing product lifecycle processes from concept through execution.
- Demonstrated ability to understand user needs and translate them into product features and enhancements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills to drive product innovations.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience working within agile development frameworks and methodologies.
- Familiarity with product management tools and software such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, or similar.
- A proven ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of technology and software development, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on inspiring a team towards achieving goals.
