We're looking for driven, target-oriented individuals to join our Business Development team — whether you're a fresh graduate eager to launch your career or an experienced professional ready for your next challenge in the software/IT consulting space.
What You'll Do:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities (local & international clients)
Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Meet and exceed sales/revenue targets
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to understand client needs
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication & negotiation skills (English proficiency a must)
Self-motivated with a go-getter, target-driven attitude
Bachelor's degree (Business, IT, or related field preferred)
Prior experience in BD/Sales, especially in IT/software services, is a plus — not mandatory
Comfortable working with international clients across time zones
