We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – AI & Agentic Products who is passionate about building AI-native experiences, designing agentic workflows, and shipping impactful products at scale.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will own AI-powered product initiatives from discovery to execution. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to launch innovative features that improve user experience, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes using AI and agentic workflows.
• Create detailed PRDs including AI behavior expectations, fallback logic, and evaluation criteria.
• Work with ML engineers and data teams to improve model performance and user outcomes.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Define product roadmaps aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Track and optimize product KPIs including engagement, retention, task completion, and AI accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams on go-to-market planning and product positioning.
• Prepare product documentation, business cases, and strategy presentations.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of Product Management experience, including experience shipping AI-powered products.
• Hands-on usage of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Perplexity in day-to-day work.
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts including prompt engineering, RAG, hallucination handling, context windows, and AI workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or MoEngage.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI frameworks/tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, n8n, or Make.com.
• Exposure to MCP, vector databases, RAG pipelines, or AI orchestration architectures.
