  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive global rewards programs—including base pay, bonus structures, equity, and benefits—to support Daraz’s talent strategy and business objectives across diverse markets.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses using industry surveys and internal data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices aligned with local regulations and global standards.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance teams to model compensation scenarios, forecast reward costs, and provide data-driven recommendations for annual compensation cycles and ad-hoc adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements related to compensation and benefits in multiple jurisdictions, particularly across South Asia and East Asia.
  • Maintain and enhance compensation governance frameworks, including job architecture, grading systems, and pay equity protocols, to promote transparency, fairness, and scalability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced certification (e.g., CHRP, CHRA) is a strong plus. Computer Science graduates are preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in global compensation, rewards, or total rewards, preferably within multinational technology or e-commerce companies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Hayes), HRIS platforms, and advanced Excel/data modeling skills.
  • Strong understanding of international compensation regulations, equity compensation mechanics, and multi-country payroll integration; fluency in navigating complex cross-border reward challenges.
  • Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decisions at senior levels.
