DB Link seeks a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent with at least five years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves effectively managing customer relationships, generating leads, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. The ideal candidate excels in communication and closing techniques, possesses in-depth product knowledge, and can adeptly handle sales pipelines while managing their time efficiently. As a Sales Agent at DB Link, you will also lead and mentor a team of 10 sales professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that drives team success and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Drive the entire sales process from prospecting through closing, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage and lead a team of 10 sales agents by setting clear performance goals, monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback and training to enhance overall sales effectiveness.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product knowledge is current and effectively communicated to customers. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions, manage follow-ups, and analyze sales data to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies. Maintain expertise in closing techniques to convert prospects into loyal customers. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and sales targets consistently. Regularly report on sales activity, team performance, and market trends to senior management, contributing insights for strategic planning and growth.
